[Namron] Protectorate

What do we know about Protectorate at this point? To be specific:
1. Are the dates pretty well set? {12-14 October on the Kingdom Calendar}
2. Will there likely be a feast? 
3. Is the site set yet? 
 
Just trying to do some tentative planning for the rest of the year;thanks for any help,
