*Here are the notes from our monthly officers meeting for June 2012. If
there are any corrections please include me in your email so I can update
my records.*

*Seneschal: *We have Water Wars coming up on August 4th at Twin Lakes in
Shawnee. Meat will be provided, everyone should bring a side. There will be
various water games and fun for all. We have officer positions open, A&S
Minister is open, it will be closing at July Populace meeting. The Minister
of Children office is also open for applicants. Anyone interested in either
of these positions please fill out an application from the Kingdom website
and send a copy to Their Excellencies Namron, the NR officer and myself.
The Knights Marshal sent in his report, that practice is happening on
Wednesday at 7pm at Sellers Park, the heavy practice is outside. Also he
will be sending the list of baronial loaner equipment to the Treasurer this
week.


 *Treasurer: *I have the inventory list being passed around, if anyone has
anything to add to it, please do so. Currently we have $9,299.21 in the
checking account. If anyone has any receipts left from Namron Games please
get to me asap, so I can close out the report.


 *Hospitaler: *working on doing a demo at Warren Theater for the movie
Brave, possible a Friday night or Saturday afternoon. Also checking into a
demo at the Paseo district and maybe Shakespeare in the Park.


 *A & S Minister: *my office is currently open and I will be stepping down
next month. We had no students for the Basic Tunic class that was taught by
Baroness Marguerite. Next month we have Baroness Adena teaching a different
tunic class, with gores and gussets.


 *Webminister: *If anyone has any updates for the website, please email me
and I will get them updated. I am working on updating the Baronial OP, it
really needs to be updated. Also I would like to work on website and make
it more streamlined.


 *Baronessa: *Orlando and I will be at Kings College this coming weekend.
We also will be attending Crown Tourney and Red Tape, depending on
Orlando's travel we may be attending Return of the Dragon. Orlando should
be back home by the first part of July. Kyna is also organizing the
painting of the Baronial tents. Gwyneth will be the first tent that we
paint.


 *Herald: *anyone with interest in getting their name submitted or device
submitted, please contact me and I will get with the right people and get
it submitted. At the July Pop I will have picked dates for the painting of
the tents.


 *Rapier Marshal: *Practice is at Earlywine Park at 7pm on Tuesday. We have
been having a few new people show up, so there is new interest and we are
growing. Several of us will be making the trip to King's College and Return
of the Dragon. I will be getting my baronial loaner equipment list sent to
the treasurer this week.


 *Archery Marshal: *Practice is on Sunday from 1-3pm unless I am at an
event, but my Deputy Laurence holds practice in my absence. There will
always be messages sent to the list if we are not having practice.


 *Mastir Tadhg: *Next week (June 25) the Hidden Castle will be open. So
Open A&S will be happening, I will not be here, so it will be July
2ndbefore the leather bottle making will be happening.
