Just what we feared!  Since The Embassy sits on high grounds with drainage
I'll check Wednesday with Parks about seeing how close we can come to it.

THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOL'S JOKE.

To all participants:

There is already standing water at Reaves Park from Saturday night's rain
and more rain is expected Tuesday and Wednesday.  We will NOT be able to
drive on grounds.  Everything will have to be hand carted in so bring your
hand trucks and garden carts!

 

FOOD VENDORS - You may come in and set up MONDAY if you can get here.

 

ARTISTS - 

Booth numbers  1-17, 42-72, 104, 105  - bring plywood and/or ground tarps
your area is very muddy or boggy.
