Quik thing concerning period dishes and scoreing....   some consideration
will be given for those who chose to do period dishes with documentation it
will be worth a slight weighting of the scoreing process.  Hopefully all
have fun and if you want to show off a bit more or challenge yourself just
a bit more consider making your dish in period if your able.        O and
btw also enough for the autocrats to be able to sample the food don't
forget them for running the event....
