i have a few important questions ....

first is there any food that would be not wise to use .... for any number
of reasons ... like allergies, personal or religious limits .... etc ???

second what about spices ... like some foods are served spiced differently
.... like chili .. some like mild ...others hot ... others sweet .... if
really bold or hot spices are problem for judges.... would be nice to know
...

do not want anyone to work hard on something to find out that none of the
judges.... can not eat it .....or are not willing to eat it..... for what
ever reason
