[Namron] New Baronial Thrown Weapons Officer

Great News!

Conner Breunton is hereby appointed as the new Thrown Weapons Officer for
the Barony of Namron.

Conner has already been working to build targets and setting up ranges and
being able to run practices. We look forward to his continued efforts and
work in the future.
