Greetings.
 
I have coordinators for all activities for Axeman IX. 
If you wish to assist with an activity or would like additional information, please contact me or the coordinator for that activity.
Coordinators - if you have any questions or needs for the event please contact me. The site is a primitive site. There are several fire rings and lots of shaded areas for camping with open areas for activities. There is not a hall or cabins. This is basically an e-mail to touch base with everyone.
 
Gate - Master Tadghe
Cooking classes - Kathryn atte Unicorn
Tavern - Owen Stott and Annabell (needs include a 10x20 pavilion or gp medium, 3 large tables, sink, and gotts)
Desert tavern - Galen
Tokens - HE Orlando
Scrolls - Saerlaith (Cheryl)
List Mistress - Sainte
Prizes and Water-bearing - Mistress Beatriz (Bea)
Site Herald - Meadhbh
Privy Patrol - Jakob
 
Competitions
Heavy - Sir Wilhelm
War college - Sir Wilhelm
Rapier - Jason Drysdale with Cornelious as the marshal in charge
 
Thrown Weapons - Gimli  - we need an authorized marshal to be in charge
Archery - Danr
Bardic - HE Uriah
A&S - Margherita
Youth Chivalric - Terric and Owen or Aldric
 
 
We need to get the event web page made and connected to the kingdom calender. 
 
We will need all available people to help with set up and take down the week end of the event.
