The Medieval Fair Department within University of Oklahoma Outreach announces their newest event. January 11th, 2014, the first ever Medieval Midwinter Ball brings you an opportunity to learn the lively and exciting dances of the medieval and renaissance time periods while you dine, drink and dance the night away in the beautiful Molly Shi Boren Ballroom of the Oklahoma Memorial Union at the University of Oklahoma. A sumptuous buffet will be provided by University Catering for your feasting pleasure. The international minstrel's troupe Wolgemut and professional dancers will be on hand to surround you with music and teach you the dances. Neither partner, nor experience needed. Medieval and renaissance costumes are always fun but optional.
