I found a very interesting YouTube video title, 'How to Recruit in the 
SCA'. The subject which is on everyone's mind.

It was created by a member who, mundanely, was a HR Director. He, not 
only, covered every aspect of what to do, but his advice on how to do 
it, and especially what not to do was intriguing.

There are actually 5 videos. If you find the first one interesting, you 
can continue with the others. Each covers different areas: demo's, 
meeting the needs of current members/retention, and even suggestions on 
how to reach out to ex-members.
