[Namron] Beltane meeting

But we do have a type of Champions Tournaments at Beltane.  The archery tournament, and thrown weapons, definitely, and the bardic and fools' championships could be considered tournaments.

However, the coordinators for those should probably be listed along with those coordinating non-championship activities.
