[Namron] Med Fair Hospitaler's idea

At officers meeting we discussed much of this in detail. Here are some
things to note:

First, we will have the streamers for children (and adults) again this
year. This year the streamers will have our website stamped on them. What
we determined was that JUST giving a streamer to someone will not get them
to our site BUT that when you are talking with someone the streamer will
give you a very nice and non-obtrusive way of pointing them towards more
information instead of just giving them more flyers to throw away ;-)

Second, the meet and greet will be held the Tuesday after Med Fair. We
would like to set it up so that we have several small discussion groups
with leaders in each area of discussion. If you believe you could handle a
discussion group at the meet and greet then please speak with Lady Sybilla
and us.

Third, each office has a "boiler plate" description on the Baronial website
and in the Plume. This is the value proposition for that office or
activity. Please take a look at what's on the website or in the Plume. Use
those descriptions as your talking points with new comers, even if you
don't completely agree. That will make your discussion sound much less
clumsy and add some continuity to the message we send out.

Finally, Namron, Skorragardr and our cousins in Wiesenfeuer are doing a
great job right now. Don't forget that and keep each other energized!

HE Orlando
