[Namron] Med Fair Hospitaler's idea

I think the heralding in the middle of fighting could be a great idea. We
are usually short on fighters so we always need the break for them so that
they can keep the entertainment going longer. a short 3 to 5 min spiel that
goes right back in to the fighting could be very effective.
