[Namron] Protectorate

Greetings to the Populaces of Namron and Skorragardr,

Jasandra Drysdale and I will be autocrating Namron's Protectorate this October. As such, we're looking to gather up anyone who'd be interested in helping us run the event. Anyone interested in doing so, and who is available, should try to attend the first planning meeting on August 1st at 6:30pm at the Unitarian Church (before Populace). If you can't make it, but are interested in helping out (or would just like to get an early jump) please respond here or message me. Also, we've had a few people who have shown interest already, but I'll probably need a reminder of who was interested in what.

Currently we're looking for people looking to work the following positions:

Nasty-crat
Camping and Site Map Coordinator (I expect to be helping out with this)
Advertisement Coordinator
Gate Coordinator
Site Herald
Prize Basket Coordinator
Site Flyer Coordinator
Site Setup Coordinator
Lyst Mistress/Coordinator
Water Bearing Coordinator
Royal Liaison (Assuming a Royal presence, which we're hoping to have)
Decoration Coordinator
Revel Coordinator
Pavilion Coordinator
