[Namron] Archery Practice time change

Now that the weather has cooled off a bit we are moving the archery
practice time back to the Noon to 2pm time frame.

As a reminder - Archery Practice is held at Kylie & Andrews house located
at 4200 East Franklin, Norman, OK

Extra time for people to sleep in or get their gear ready before coming out
to archery:-)
