[Namron] Unoffical fighters practice

I just wanted to give Jakob (Steven) a pat on the back he has been running a Friday Morning unoffical heavy practice here in Norman now for several weeks and maintans a six to ten participant count.  Does the Heavy Marshal Office need to have these numbers in his count. Thank you Jakob for taking this on yourself, Kathryn atte Unicorn.
