[Namron] 2nd Protectorate Planning meeting

This is a reminder that we will being having a Protectorate planning meeting on Monday, September 9th. Unfortunately, we currently don't have access to an A&S site (as I understand it, we should have access in a couple of weeks), so we currently do not have a place set for the meeting. Sara (Kersten) suggested that we might opt to hold the meeting at a restaurant, if people are agreeable to the idea. We'd need a place with a fair amount of open space where we could pull tables together (such as Jason's Deli or Golden Corral) or a place with a large table to start with (such as Das Boot). I'm open to suggestions (restaurant or not).


Before I get into who's handling what, I'd like to apologize in advance for any misspellings. I'm not including titles, because although I know a number of them, I'm not sure of everyone's. Please feel free to let me know so I can add them later.

So far as the activities are concerned, the individual championships will be run by the current champions, unless for some reason an individual is unable to make the event, in which case they should seek to find a substitute. Currently this is as follows:

A&S: Margherirta
Brewing: Antonia
Protector (Chiv): Jason
Rapier: Kazimir
And Owen will be heading the Youth Chivalric competition.

So far as the minions list is concerned, the following positions are currently covered:

Advertisement Coordinator: Niccolaia

Site Token Coordinator: Kersten
Site Herald: Tomas
Prize Basket: Asha
Website Coordinator: Orlando
Lyst Mistress/Heralding/Coordinators: Adalia and Kylie
Feastocrats: Catrin, Droen, and Veronique
Children's Activities: Aderyn
Feast Token Coordinator: Lana (Sorry, I forgot your SCA name)
Royal Liaison: Donnchadh

Current positions open:
Camping and Site Map Coordinator
Site Flyer Coordinator
Site Setup Coordinator
Water Bearing Coordinator
Decoration Coordinator
Revel Coordiinator

Cat and Niccolaia are work on the invitations, ACCEPS is currently active, Jasandra is planning activities for the Viking Games and is looking to have Jason help run it. Unfortunately we won't be hosting Royal Huntsman, but Vigdis and Danr are looking to host an Archery fun shoot and Karl is looking to have a similar range for thrown weapons. Also, there will be a Youth Lunch Tavern to raise money for shields.
