[Namron] Backup plan for Polling

Hi everyone,

Their Excellencies and I have consulted with the Northern Regional Seneschal and established a backup plan for the polling.  If the weather is too bad for it to take place at Populace on Thursday as planned, it will be held next Monday at Open A&S, at the Fairgrounds, at 7:30.
