[Namron] New Polling date

I have a problem with this, in that the applications have not yet been made available to the populace.  They are to be in the February Plume, which may not be out until the populace meeting.  I know of only one set of candidates that has announced they are applying, and that only on their Facebook page, not on the mailing list or the Baronial Facebook page.   And I know of several people in the Barony who do not do facebook, or only rarely check it.
