[Namron] No archery practice Sunday 11/16/14

Due to the frosty temperatures & wind chill forecast for Sunday, I am
cancelling archery practice for 11/16.  I was hoping it might warm up but
it would really need to be 20 degrees warmer and I don't see that happening.
