[Namron] Namron Protectorate Final Meeting notes

Greetings all!

We have a few requests as we prepare for Protectorate this weekend:
Revel is "Family Game Night" - if you have any games you would like to
bring, please do so and see Baroness Caterina (Kirsten
<https://www.facebook.com/kirsten.pupek>) about dropping them off before
the revel.

Waterbearing - we are still looking for a few donations of fresh fruit,
pickels and Gatorade. Please contact Shayla Hildegard
<https://www.facebook.com/shayla.r.madden> if you are able to help out.
Also she is looking for volunteers to help water bear throughout the day.

Prize Baskets - We are still looking for more donations to add to the prize
baskets given to our Champions that are stepping down. Please contact
Ayesha ( Cindy ) if you wish to donate.

Brewing Competition - if you are planning to participate in the brew
competition, please remember to bring at least 3 bottles of your brew.
However the more the merrier.

A&S Competition - Drop off will be between 12-1, judging from 1-4, and pick
up from 4-5. All entries must be picked up by 5. Location on site to be
determined. Please check with gate upon arrival to verify drop off location.

Archery Fun Shoot -
12:30 - 1:15 - Kids only shoot
1:15 4 4:30 - Adult only shoot

Thrown Weapons Fun Throw
2:00 - 4:00 pm (subject to change)

Arts and Sciences Classes -
2:00 - 3:00 - Wire Wrapped Rings - Baroness Ayesha de Warwick -
$1.00 donation - Classes are open to children and adults. Adults MUST be
present with anyone under the age of 18. This is MANDATORY
3:00 – 4:00 – Homemade Ice Cream - Aubrey Ericstochter
$1.00 donation - Classes are open to children and adults. Adults MUST be
present with anyone under the age of 18. This is MANDATORY

GATE - We would like to thank Sybilla (Peggy) for volunteering as Gate
Coordinator in preparation for Protectorate. Sadly she will not be able to
attend due to getting called away on business. We have spoken with Lady
Sybilla and Their Excellencies and would like to thank Lord Tomas for
stepping up as the Gate Coordinator. We hope that Lord Galwyn will stay on
as deputy. We greatly appreciate both of them stepping in to help out when
needed.

We thank all of those who have helped with all the planning and preparation
for this coming weekend.
