[Namron] Protectorate Planning Meeting Followup

Protectorate is only 3 weeks away! Thank you for everyone who came out to
the Protectorate planning meeting Thursday night. For those of you who
weren’t able to make it, we checked in with our various volunteer positions
and got a list of donations and volunteers still needed:

How you can help with Protectorate:

Donate! – Please contact us and we can coordinate getting the donations
from you.

   -

   Waterbearing Supplies (pretzels, Gatorade powder, etc.)
   -

   Beads (glass, metal, wood, etc. for use with on-site game/scavenger hunt)
   -

   Items for Silent Auction
   -

   Items for Champion Prize Baskets

Volunteer! – Please contact the various people listed below to help out
with the event.

   -

   Gate  - There are still gate shifts needing covered (mainly Saturday).
   Please contact HL Margherita if you can help!
   -

   Nasticrat – We need help/back-up for this position. Please contact
   Mistress Bea if you can help!
   -

   Herald – We are still needing additional site and lyst heralds. Please
   contact HE Orlando if you can help!
   -

   Waterbearing – We are looking for volunteers to help work Waterbearing
   both Friday evening and Saturday. Please contact Lady Vaduny if you can
   help!
   -

   Hafla – We are looking for someone to coordinate Hafla activities
   Saturday evening. HE Caterina has already sent out the request for drummers
   and dancers, but we would like someone to coordinate the activity on site.
   Please let us know if you would like to head this up!
   -

   Trailer – Thank you to HL Vinnie and HL Margherita for letting us use
   their trailer! We do need someone to tow it to the site and back to Norman.
   You would need to be available to have it on site by 3-4pm (exact time TBD)
   on Friday afternoon. There is a moderate gas reimbursement available.
   Please let us know if you can help us out!

   Children’s Activities – Lady Sibeal has lots of fun activities planned
   for youth at Protectorate. There are a large number of children expected so
   she needs help running the activities. Please contact her if you are
   available!
   -

   Tavern – Thank you to Lady Aibhilin for hosting this year’s breakfast
   and lunch tavern, benefiting recruitment through MedFair! She is looking
   for a couple of people to help work the tavern. Please contact her if you
   are available!
   -

   Decoration Set-Up – Thank you to HE Caterina and HL Margherita for
   planning our decorations for the event. Please contact them if you are able
   to help with set up at the event!

A few final reminders…

   -

   Final Planning Meeting: Monday 9/21/2015 at 8:30pm at open A&S.
   -

   Trailer Load: Tentatively Wednesday 9/30/2015, time to be announced.
   -

   Event Set-Up: Friday 10/2/2015, time to be announced closer to the event.
