[Namron] Medieval Fair Planning Meeting

Greetings from your Friendly Neighborhood Medieval Fair Coordinator!

It's the time of year where we begin planning for the Norman Medieval Fair
Demo! We will have a MedFair Planning Meeting on Monday, 14 November, 7:30
p.m., at West Wind Unitarian Church, located at 1309 W. Boyd, Norman.

We plan to hold only two full-scale meetings; one now, and one closer to
the date. Smaller meetings for specific areas of focus will be held, as
needed or requested, to address your unique needs.

Please plan to attend, especially if you are interested in coordinating the
following:

Lyst field combat demo schedule
Performing arts schedule
Martial weapon & combat displays
Siege engines
A&S/Living History
Youth SCA opportunities
Recruiting
Site heralds
Waterbearing
Norse encampment
Hospitality
Setup/Teardown
Construction projects
Court music and entertainers

If you can fill one of the above roles, but will be unable to attend this
meeting, please reach out to me by email at kolfinnaofthehorde at gmail.com,
or on Facebook (Kara Hoyle). For those who are on Facebook, a planning
group will be created; consolidated information from those discussions and
from meetings will be shared to this list. Let's make this the BEST DEMO
EVER!!
