Beltane Tavern Bids - DEADLINE EXTENDED!

We are now accepting bids for tavern at Namron’s Beltane. The event will be
held April 28th through the 30th at Will Rogers Scout Reservation in
Cleveland, OK.

We are looking for a bid that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on
Saturday. There are two options for funding. If the individual or group
submitting the bid funds the tavern, profits will go to the individual or
group. If the Barony funds the tavern, profits will go to the Barony.
Please include the plans for funding in your bid, along with a proposed
menu.

BID DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED. Bids are due by 11:59 pm on Friday March
31, 2017.

Please email bids to the financial committee as well as the event autocrats.
