[Namron] Namron Protectorate Tavern and Feast Bids

Greetings! The Barony of Namron is now accepting bids for tavern and feast
at Protectorate XLI, A Pirate’s Ransom. Tavern and feast bids are due by
8:00 pm on Thursday August 3rd. Please send all bids to the financial
committee and the autocrats at the email addresses listed below. A pirate
theme is encouraged for both tavern and feast, but is not required.

Protectorate will be held October 6-8 at Camp Graham Ball in Holliday, TX.


Tavern: Please provide a bid for both breakfast and lunch on Saturday of
the event. Tavern can be either baronial-funded or self-funded. If baronial
funded, proceeds will go back to the barony’s general account. If funded by
the tavern steward, proceeds go back to the steward to be either kept or
used for a purpose in the barony designated by the steward. Please include
how the tavern will be funded in your bid.


Feast: Feast will be held Saturday evening. The kitchen at Graham Ball has
a walk-in cooler, an upright refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a griddle
and several burners. Proceeds from feast will go back to the barony.
