[Namron] Protectorate Feast - Reservations and Pre Pay Only

Greetings! Because of the AMAZING number of elevations we will be having at
Namron Protectorate: A Pirates Ransom, we have decided to do Feast a little
differently.

There will be a tavern for both breakfast and lunch on Saturday, but ALL
FEASTS MUSH BE PRE-PAID. There is NO cut off for feast AS LONG AS YOU ARE
PRE-PAID. Feast must be reserved by October 1st so that the stewards can
purchase and prepare the correct amount of food.
