[Namron] New herald selection

Buenas Tardes Barony
I beg to bother you this evening to bring great news, but first we would
like to thank Captain Savage for doing such a fantastic job during his time
as herald for the Barony of Namron.

But at this time, we would like to also congratulate and thank HL Villana
Palazolo for volunteering and being selected as the new herald for the
barony.
