[Namron] Beltane Planning Update and Help Needed

Greetings! For those that were unable to attend our kick-off meeting, we
will be doing most of the planning through our Facebook planning group. We
might have work days (or evenings) closer to the event if our coordinators
are needing help with things. We still have a few coordinator positions we
are needing help with (starred below). Please let us know if you have any
questions or if you are able to fill one of these positions!

Coordinators (or others that would like to help with the event) - If you
didn't see this post in the planning group, let me know and I will add you!

*Tavern (ideally Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner - see Lorenzo's post for
more info) -
*Celtic Games (or Calendimaggio substitute) -
*Site Maintenance (coordinate restroom and trash pick up)-
*Waterbearing (less involved for this event than Protectorate)-
*Site Herald (make or coordinate people to make site announcements)-
Gate Coordinator - Deb Allen
Royal Liaison - Event Stewards
Site Set Up/Tear Down, Trailer - Jordan Smith
May Pole - Michelle Collins (maybe with Adena's help)
Spang Hewing - Laurie Firestone Deshotel
Prize and Champion Baskets - Michelle Collins
May Queen/Spang Princess - Champions and Event Stewards
Quest/Challenge - Brendan Haiduk

Waterbearing and prize baskets will likely be looking for donations. Also,
be on the look out for free greenery (ivy, leafy wreaths, etc.), flowers
and red and blue ribbon and fabric. These can be incorporated into our
decorations, but we don't want people spending money to purchase them.
