[Namron] January 2019 Pop Meeting CANCELLED

I have talked with Their Excellencies and due to the weather, tonight's
populace meeting is cancelled. Stay safe and warm! Be on the lookout for
information and planning meetings for Gulf Wars, Med Fair and Beltane -
this is a busy time of year with a lot going on!
