[Namron] Looking for Site Suggestions!

Good Evening Namron!

We are in search of a site for Protectorate and need your help. We have
used Graham Ball in the past, but are hoping to find something closer to
Norman. Dakani and Will Rogers both have their own events Protectorate
weekend. We will check back with them periodically in the future, but they
are events that they plan to keep in place. Please email or message myself
or Their Excellencies if you have any ideas or leads.

Some of the basic criteria:

*Required: Room for 300+ people, running water, restrooms and showers,
ample parking, some type of hall for bad weather. Protectorate really needs
a kitchen (or a feast steward excited to do a primitive feast :) )
*Strongly Preferred: Large hall with kitchen, not a dry (no alcohol) or
non-smoking site.
*A site with cabins would be ideal.
*Budget: Around $1000 with kitchen, hall, restrooms, etc. Less with fewer
amenities. We know we may have to spend more, but our past sites have been
around this (or less). A low site cost helps with gate registration prices.

Someone previously mentioned the baseball camp in Chandler - I checked with
them and they do not rent to outside groups. I also have pricing for the
various state park group camps.
