The Barony of Namron’s Italian Beltane Celebration, “Calendimaggio” is
coming this weekend!  It will be an exciting and fun day with lots of
competitions and games as we see whether the red or blue team wins the day!
Below you will find the schedule and the site rules.  Our website also now
has a map of the event layout.

Two notes of caution!  This site had a lot of ticks last weekend so bring
bug repellent.  Also, this site is used for other activities during the day
so please don’t show up early to get on site.  Gate opens at 5:00 and we
will see you there!

10:00 – 12:00 pm (noon) - Frog Hunt (youth, kick off in court)

*Sunday May 5th*

11:00 am - Site Closes



*Site Rules*

•             No pets at gate.

•             All alcohol must be in period containers.

•             Parking: Due to all the rain, immediately after unloading,
move your vehicles to one of the designated parking lots (field next to the
ranger’s house or gravel parking lot up the hill near main hall). The two
parking areas are shown on the map.

•             All fire pits must be filled in before leaving site.

•             Leashed pets and service animals are welcome. Clean up after
your dogs and keep them under control at all times.

•             Direct all questions and concerns with the site to the event
stewards (Micolay and Uliana). Please do not go to office asking questions
of Camp Fire staff!  If you can not find an event steward, please ask at
gate, Lorenzo (the baronial seneschal) or check with Their Excellencies
Namron.

•             Site closes Sunday at 11 am. Please have your camp area
cleaned up and be off site by this time.

•             Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  They
may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and
notarized Minor Event Waiver form from the parent or legal guardian of the
minor.
