[Namron] Coronation Feast/Sideboard Bids Closing Soon

Greetings, Good Gentles!

**UPDATED INFORMATION**

The Barony of Namron is now accepting bids for a Sideboard Luncheon and for
a Celebratory Feast to be served in honor of the Coronation of Jason and
Margherita III. Coronation will be held Saturday, April 11, 2020, at the
Ardmore Convention Center, 2401 N. Rockford Rd., Ardmore, OK 73401. Both
Sideboard and Feast bids are due by March 5, 2020, at 9:00 p.m.

Key Information:

--Sideboard and Feast are separate bids.

--Sideboard budget is $500, with estimated adult attendance of 250, plus
youth.

--Feast budget is $1000, with 100 seats, plus an estimated 25 compensated
guests and servers.

--Sideboard is tentatively scheduled for 11:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. (Schedule
subject to change).

--Feast will be the final activity of the day, tentatively scheduled for
5:00-7:00 p.m. (Schedule subject to change.) Feast bids should include a
proposed menu. We have a firm ending time of 7:30 p.m. for the event that
must be honored.

-- Sideboard and Feast staffs will each have their own preparation areas.
Available equipment is limited to sink, warming cabinets (2), refrigerator,
and microwave oven. A substantial amount of prep space is available. The
Sideboard Steward and the Feast Steward will be responsible for providing
all necessary utensils and serving wares, as none are available on site.

-- It is important to keep in mind that this is a DRY site.
