Applications for the position of Treasurer of the Barony of Namron will be
accepted through April 2, 2020, 9:00 p.m. CST. If a suitable candidate is
not selected, the position will be re-opened. *A laptop will be provided
for the Office of the Treasurer.*

additional requirements.

Include the completed application, linked on this post, with proof of
membership and expiration. You must be 18+ years of age with a paid
Sustaining or Family Membership to hold this position. Warranting class
must be completed within 60 days of appointment; arrangements will be made
for this since we are off-cycle for Round Table.

Additional requirements include dependable internet access for filing
reports and regularly using email. The Treasurer will need dependable
access to Microsoft Excel for some report completion; Google Suites will be
provided for the remaining reports. Administrative training will be
provided, but all officers are responsible for knowing the rules and
responsibilities of their positions, utilizing resources that include Round
Table classes, Society and Kingdom Laws and handbooks, and the respective
Regional Officer.

The Treasurer serves as a member of the Barony of Namron Finance Committee,
a signatory on the Baronial bank account, and must retain an Emergency
Replacement Deputy who is warrantable and meets the requirements of the
position. Knowledge of Standard English is necessary for the performance of
this position. Editing and writing official financial documents and reports
is often required.

The initial warrant of this office is six months, extendable in six- month
increments up to 22 months. The term of office is being adjusted to match
the Kingdom Round Table schedule, per Kingdom advisement.
