[Namron] A&S Interest Google Form

[Minister of A&S of Namron]

Hello hello hello!

I am Koia Karasova, the brand new Baronial A&S Minister! I am very excited
to work with everyone in all things arts and sciences!  In order to best
serve the populace, I have created a short google form for people to fill
out about their interests for A&S!
