As mentioned at Namron's April Populace, we're now accepting bids for our
Autumn event, Protectorate, which is scheduled for October 6-8, 2023. In
order to make it easier to submit bids, our glorious Hersirkona has created
an online event bid submission form. If you wish to serve as an event
steward for Protectorate, please submit a bid at

We're currently accepting bids until Sunday, May 28th, in hopes of being
able to present an accepted bid at our June Populace meeting. We can push
it back, if necessary, but we'd prefer to get the planning started as soon
as possible as several aspects of the bid have tight time constraints.
Protectorate also traditionally hosts a feast, so we'll also be accepting
feast bids. We don't currently have an online submission form for feast
bids, but we hope to soon. In the meantime, if you've ideas for a feast,
please email Their Excellencies at baron at namron.ansteorra.org and
baroness at namron.ansteorra.org as well as the senechal at
seneschal at namron.ansteorra.org.
