[Namron] Throwing weapons practice

[Thrown Weapons Marshal of Namron]

The weather wizards have predicted over night rain and A high rain
potential for our practice time. Isabeau and myself, after much
considerstion, have ultimately decided we will cancel practice for
tomorrow. Enjoy your Sunday and we hope that the weather will be more
cooperative for our next scheduled practice.
