[Namron] Potential Queen's Champion Bid

Greetings, Namron!

We have been asked about submitting bids for a couple of upcoming events.
One that is actively accepting bids at this time is Queen's Champion, to be
held November 11. We have several site options and Dairmuid, Soledad, and
Arianna have volunteered to co-steward the event if we submit a bid that is
selected.
