[Namron] Opportunities for the Barony

All,

Opportunities, opportunities, opportunities! I know you always wanted to
volunteer but you don't know what the Barony needs, well then this email
will answer that question for you!

This officially opens bids for Event Stewards for:

Medieval Fair - we all know this awesome fair in our city of Norman. April
5-7

Beltane - the event where it is a bit of fun and silliness, at a new
campground just outside of Stillwater May 3-5

This also officially opens bids for Tavern Stewards for Beltane.

These bids will close December 31, 2023.

But that's not it! We have war before those!

This does officially open bids for the following:

Gulf Wars Camp Coordinator - primary responsibilities include: coordinates
transportation of Baronial equipment and set up/teardown. Communicates camp
procedures and policies. Recruits volunteers for setting up showers,
removing trash, collects camp fees, ensures that propane tanks are filled
and miscellaneous camp supplies are available.

Gulf Wars Meal Coordinator - primary responsibilities include: scheduling
meals for breakfast and dinner, coordinating meal prep teams or preparing
all meals yourself.

These bids will be open until we have volunteers. These last 2, you do not
have to fill out the event bid form, just email me if you are interested in
Gulf Wars opportunity.
