December Business Meeting Minutes:


Treasurer:

Financial policy and budget have been updated. Financial committee, please
attend populace if you can. Further commentary is welcome prior to pop Jan
2, 2025 @ 7 pm.


Archery & Thrown Weapons:

We have had four new targets donated to the barony. Blunts for combat
archery are in the works.

*Archery martial is now open for applications*


Quartermaster:

Items for the Skorragardr are in Phrederica and will need to be moved over
eventually.


Arts and Sciences:

We are looking for any whom may wish to teach a class. If interested in
teaching, please contact Bethesda with your class idea. A&S deputies are
always welcome and wanted.


We have round table coming up. Expect a Namron work day during the event.
We are planning on working on loaner/newcomer tunics of various sizes.
Events and updates will be posted on Facebook.

*Minister of Youth and Family (previously MoC)


Officers, please consider making SOP (standard operating procedures) for
your position. Consider it like a guide for training the next officer.


Any who are also interested in making SOP’s for events. Positions such as
event steward, feast steward, sanitation, land coordinator, etc. all could
benefit from advice and guidance for the future.


Namron has a busy event schedule coming up. Here’s what to look forward to:


February: LPT

March: Gulf Wars

April: Medieval Fair

May: Beltane

May/June: VMA II (rescheduled)

June: Coronet (hosted by the barony of Oakspring)
