[Namron] Once Upon a Beltane Coordinators Needed

Greetings Namron!
Beltane is coming in just a few short months and we are looking for some
help in coordinating some areas and activities.

   - Trailer Hauler - this needs to be someone that can committ to hauling
   the trailer to load out, be at site during set up on Friday (usually
   starting at noon), being one of the last people off site on Sunday, and to
   bringing the trailer to unload after the event
   - Gate Coordinator - organize gate shifts, Baronial exchequer will
   provide the paperwork
   - Site Herald - organize a crew of heralds to make announcements across
   site throughout the day
   - Site Maintenance - ensure trash is gathered throughout the day and
   taken to the correct area and ensuring the bathrooms are stocked and cleaned
   - Spanghewing - organize the throwing of the Majestic Spangs
   - Prize Baskets for Champions and other activities: work closely with
   Their Excellencies to create gift baskets for the various championships
   - Baroness Sideboard: Brunch themed sideboard to be served along side
   the Dragon Games in the morning. Bids should be sent to their Excellencies
   and the Financial Committee (emails in the comments)
   - Dinner Tavern - Their Excellencies and the Financial Committee are
   still taking bids for the Baroness. Needs to feed around 150 -200 people.
   Kitchen available with small stove, outlets for crockpots, and
   refrigerator. (emails in the comments)
