How about German Chocolate.  or just something with chocolate and nuts<g>, maybe a little carmel to make it even more decadent.  I would be willing to bring replacement pieces for any and all ingredients<g>.  In care you have not figured it out, I love Heavy Super-sweet non-fruited cheesecake.  One of the very few sweets I REALLY love.  

let me know if I can replace the ingredients, and what I need to bring.  Thank You.
