type at you.<br><br>I attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma Student's of the <br>Society for Creative Anachronism's first meeting of the spring 06 c.e. being <br>the spring of 40 a.d.. (hope I managed to get most of that correct).<br><br>It was a wonderful meeting. I counted 16 faces other then mine in <br>attendance! I know they have contact info on at least 4 others. Many good <br>things were accomplished, many good things are in the works. What We would <br>call officers were made, and plans to get in front of Non-sca folk are being <br>planned.<br><br>I offered MY services to them in regard to doing the thing I am actually <br>adept at ( I pause to allow you to ponder) ... that being, iMo to be <br>utilized as a contact person if'n they need to know who to get in touch with <br>concerning whatever they would like to know. ( I hope I was clearer on that <br>point with them ) ... For example they or an individual amongst them is <br>interested in brewing, sewing,
belly dancing, many in armor making <br>specifically from plastic barrels, illumination arts; I told them that I <br>would know someone who knows a lot about whatever they are interested in and <br>I would be happy to find the person they need. (rhetorical)<br><br>They are still talkin' about how wonderful Syr Owen's tutelage is and has <br>been, they'll want ya back, Boss. Baron Ulf's visit was highly appreciated <br>too! At the meeting I was impressed with Lord Ulfgar's running of the <br>meeting. A lot of business was conducted and a lot of forward momentum was <br>continued and actuated.<br><br>In MY opinion they have a bona fide SCA related group happenen' out there in <br>Chickasha.
