impression that Captain and Admiral were separate and distinct ranks. Maybe it’s
my military background, but I have trouble seeing someone as being both Captain
and Admiral. To my way of thinking, that is the same as being both a Private
and a Corporal. I’ve always seen an Admiral as commanding a number of
ships, where each ship has a Captain. The Admiral would control the “big
picture” while the Captains controlled everything on the ship. An
Admiral commanding a ship would either a VERY unusual situation or an insult to
the Admiral. And when you throw in Commodore (which is between Admiral and
Captain), things get even more confusing. Any of these three ranks would
control multiple ships. But being both Admiral and Captain, while reporting to
a Commodore, is contradictory.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

it's such a problem that I like scrolls... and I wanted to hang it with the

been misrepresentation, and could have, ! if pushed, been regarded as Treason
to the Crown. Since I seemed to be black-balled from acquiring a Letter of
Marque from the sources I was consulting with, I instead opted to join the
Ansteorran Royal Navy, and go fully legit and legal so to speak.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

present at Their Royal Majesties' Coronation, where myself and one of our
Regional Commodores swore Fealty, as officers of the Ansteorran Royal
Navy, to His Majesty in person, and presented him with a gift basket. His
Majesty, Myself, and Commodore Honorable Lord Alric Morganwgg also discussed
the use of an ensign specifically designed for the Ansteorran Royal Navy, which
His Majesty Mahadi was pleased with, and approved, suggesting that we also
register it. It is currently ! in process, under ownership of the <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Kingdom</st1:PlaceType> of <st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">Ansteorra</st1:PlaceName></st1:place> directly.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
