Marshall, McCurtain, McIntosh, McClain, Murray, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Okfuskee,
Osage, Pawnee, Payne, Pittsburg, Pottawatomie, Pushmataha, Pontotoc, Seminole,

state got lifted and cimmaron is in logan county, just not sure if that county
