steward, that the water bearing budget for Protectorate is $15. With this
as the budget we need to be very careful what we buy. If anyone is
planning to make a contribution to the water bearing table, I will appreciate it
if you will let me know ahead of time so that I do not duplicate your
efforts. Any help will be very much appreciated. I am currently only
planning to serve Gatorade and water along with any donations we may
receive.</FONT></DIV>

Will the ice machine on site produce enough ice for us to use it at the list
fields, and still have enough ice for feast? I am hoping that someone who
has worked a feast at this site before will know.</FONT></DIV>
