Greetings everyone,<br>
Being new to Kingdom (and to the Barony) I had forgotten that gates are manned all night...is there really a need to have it thus?  Is there a feeling of "if you don't get the money as they walk in that they will not pay"?  or just convience? or am I no where near the mark?<br>

Yes, I do realize travelers arrive at all times of the day and night, but if it were me arriving late, I would just want to set up camp, hit the sack, and pay when I got up.  :-)<br>
