I think its the vagueness that is tripping me up. 3 tunics.. might work.. might not.. need punch test.. Maybe, hint hint, we'll just assume that it will work and I will stop worrying about it. LOL<br><br>I went to that site. I really like what they got there. I also like that they list the weight of it. I've got a plan, but now I am just trying to do some research and make sure I do this the best way possible.. for me<br>

The only way to be sure it will work for armor is to run it through a
punch test. At one time our Rapier Marshal was talking about making an
official punch test for us, and I'm sure it's still somewhere on that

For linen, the best place I know of is <a href="http://www.fabric-store.com" target="_blank">www.fabric-store.com</a>. Their
IL019 is 5.3oz/yd and is what I've used for a lot of my tunics. When I
fight rapier, I've just worn three of those tunics together. Is it
legal? Well it's passed at war and I've never had anyone say anything
about it, but I won't know for sure until we get an actual punch test
