<p class="MsoNormal">Our Barone and Baronessa were unable to
attend and Baroness
Gwyneth sat in their place.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Seneschal: Deputies are in place, Lady
Melina, Lord Aonghas,
Lord Eynon; we need to focus on getting ready for Protectorate.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Treasurer: Need to get Protectorate expenses
to me with
receipt request as soon as possible.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Herald: want to thank everyone that has
helped me. If anyone
would like to have any input or advise for my position would be
appreciated. I
will be looking for list heralds, site heralds, and deputy

<p class="MsoNormal">Chronicler:<span style=""> </span>New
rules concerning the Plume: anything used other than text must
have a new
release each time it is used. So any photos or images must have
a release along

<p class="MsoNormal">Rapier:<span style=""> </span>Rapier
practice is indoors at Sellers on Tuesdays at 7pm.<span style="">
</span>Feel free to come by we have loaner gear. At Protectorate
the
Rapier Champion will have a melee influence; Northern Regional
Fighter Practice
(October 17, 2010) in Shawnee will be there; Bordermarch in
November; at Axeman
we will have a woods battle and town battle with melee
influence.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Knights Marshal: Heavy practice is indoors at
Sellers on
Wednesday at 7pm. It’s convenient and climate controlled, there
are bathrooms
and water fountains. The numbers of fighters are decent but I
would like to see
more. Owen has been out of town, but will be returning and will
be teaching
classes soon.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Baroness Gwyneth made the announcement that
she heard that
Sir Gerald would be moving back to the area and will be
interested in coming to
heavy practice.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Hospitaler: <span style=""> </span>Protectorate
coming up. Any newbies, let me know where they are. I
have loaner garb. Friday night at Protectorate will have coffee
and hot cocoa
available. Treasurer also need to mention if we get VIP passes
with renewals,
it gives a new person 3 free NMS to come to events and not be
charged.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Archery Marshal: Times flies like an arrow,
fruit flies like
a banana. I will be stepping down- I will be soliciting for
anyone that is
interested in becoming Namron’s Archery Marshal, send
applications to the B
& B, Seneschal, Regional Archery Marshal and I. There will
be archery at
Protectorate and Axeman. Combat archery at NRFP.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Thrown Weapons: Practice on 1<sup>st</sup>
and 3<sup>rd</sup>
Sunday’s at 12:30pm, there will be no practice on the 3<sup>rd</sup>
Sunday
this month because of NRFP.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Protectorate autocrat: Friday the 8<sup>th</sup>
will the 34<sup>th</sup>
Protectorate. Things are going well, everything is set up. There
will be a
hafla after Court and Feast. There is a tavern all day. There
will be archery,
heavy and rapier tourney, dancing and drumming revelry. Be at
the Phred the
Shed on Thursday at 6pm to load up. Will be getting to site
around noon on
Friday, if you want to help please feel free to come and help.
We will have
coffee available on Friday afternoon for anyone that would like
to enjoy it. <span style=""> </span>Parking is never great at
Dakani, but it will
be available north of D’Alders house and into the forbidden
forest. There is
parking also up at the feast hall also along the roads.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Baroness Gwyneth: It was at Society 25<sup>th</sup>
year
there was a mule drawn wagon named Ethel and they would help
people get from
one place to another. I think offering to help someone can make
the difference;
just offering to help is a great thing. I would like to implore
to all of the
populace that at this Protectorate we will be having good food
and good fun if
you see someone new stop and say “hi”, “how can I help you”. I
would like for
people to go home from Protectorate and talk about what a great
time they had
at Namron’s Protectorate. Lets kick up the bar a bit, if you see
mundane people
ask if you could help them, find them garb ect. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Wolfgang: As Captain of the Baronial Guard
(Ceremonial
Guard) I am desperately in need of people for guard duty. It
will consist of
standing duty at morning and evening court, possibly standing
duty during
feast, maybe during weddings, etc. If anyone would be interested
please see me
after the meeting.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Axeman autocrat: there will be rapier melees,
the heavy will
be axes in a circle and fighters grab a weapon; there will be
bardic Saturday
evening; we will need water bearing, site herald and list
herald,. We do have a
nasty crat, we do need donations for prize baskets. It will be
held at Roman
Nose State Park. There will be an all day tavern by Tigernot and
Collette.

teaching cross
stitch at Drowen’s house at 7pm. Will be serving head table at
Protectorate
with Duchess Vanessa and Lady Ayesha.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Lady Ayesha: After meeting birthday cake will
be served this
will be Kylee’s 28<sup>th</sup> Protectorate.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Lord Terric: at A&S on the 18<sup>th</sup>
will be
showing how to sharpen a knife. Bring 2 pieces of paper and not
more than 3
knives per person.</p>
