===============================================<br>Estrella War Gatebook ART! Deadline Dec. 6, 2010<br><br>We seek cover art and small designs to feature throughout the book. We want<br>to give artists from all attending Kingdoms multiple opportunities to have<br>their work published.<br><br>Art specifications are listed below. If you have any questions please<br>contact the Estrella Gatebook editor, Dame Anita de Challis, at gatebook<br>(AT) estrellawar (DOT)org<br><br>SUBMISSION DEADLINE – December 6th 2010 (with completed release)<br><br>Cover Art<br>- This can be hand-drawn or computer generated<br>- Must be black & white, or grayscale with enough weight and clarity for<br>printing.<br>- Design must reflect Estrella XXVII; or the Kingdoms of Atenveldt &<br>Outlands (Caid & Artemisia will also attend); or reflect the activities that<br>take place at Estrella War.<br>- Design must fit into 7.5” wide by 10” high space.<br>- We need a
design for the front cover. If there is no paid advertising,<br>there will be space for a piece on the back cover.<br>- All artwork must have a completed and signed artist’s release before it<br>can be published. Don’t forget to sign your work.<br>- Camera Ready art must be submitted in graphic format (jpeg, tiff,<br>photoshop, illustrator) at 300 dpi<br>- Paper artwork must be suitable for scanning – max size 8.5x11, pure white<br>paper, no tears or folds.<br>- The EW Gatebook reserves the right to reject or artwork. Artwork will be<br>refused if it is offensive, displays illegal<br>organizations or activities; if it maligns identifiable persons, races,<br>religions, or professions.<br>- Designs may not used to promote a professional business or service. Paid<br>advertising space is available.<br>- All artwork must have a completed and signed artist’s release before it<br>can be published. Request release from the Gatebook
