are the notes from this month’s officer meeting. If there are

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seneschal: </b>we are preparing for Gulf
Wars, there will
be a planning meeting in January for those interested in going
to Gulf Wars.
A& S Minister will be stepping down in June 2012, so we will
be accepting
applications for that office. Herald’s office is open at this
time, anyone
interested please send an application to NR Herald, HE Caterina
and
myself.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Chivalric
position received 2
applications; NR Knights Marshal has chosen Jason as the new
Chivalric Marshal
for Namron. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>We are having
practices each week on
Sunday from 12 noon to 2 pm at Lord Christian’s land. For the
next 2 weeks, we
will not have practice due to the holiday. Gulf War is 80 days
away, ACCEPS is
opening soon. We will have a Gulf War Planning meeting on
January 19<sup>th</sup>
look to the list for the time and place it is being held. There
will be a
Northern Regional Fighter Practice on January 29<sup>th</sup> in
Northkeep.
Don’t know the place or time yet, but look to the list for this
as well. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>A & S Minister: </b>I will be lining
up classes for
the New Year. Anyone who is interested in teaching a class or if
you have a
class in mind that you think would be good, please contact me.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>currently we have
$9,669.78 in the
checkbook. I am working on the paperwork to turn in the hot
check to the DA,
will be doing that this week. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Chronicler: </b>Any articles or
announcements to go into
the Plume please have to me by Saturday December 24<sup>th</sup>
to get into
the January Plume.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Baronessa: </b>HE Orlando will be at the
January Populace
meeting. He is coming in sometime on December 25<sup>th</sup>
and will be
staying until the 8<sup>th</sup> of January. I have spoken with
Master
Aethelstan about finding out how much it will cost to replace
the points and
pearls that were stolen a couple of years ago. </p>

report sent to
