Michael while this sounds like a good idea but I don't believe we
can sell anything at the fair. I am afraid that since group is is
paid as entertainers and we do not pay the fair for merchant space
us selling anything would not be allowed. I will check with the
fair staff, but I am pretty sure.<br>

people in the mood or funny ... like "goblin bingo" ... ..."kings
conquest fund" ... "lucky winds lotto"... or "King's War Coins"
....we had one at demo that was called " it is better then taxes
lottery" just would have to check with med fair if we can do fund
raising at event ... ... well there is my 2 pents ... hope it

Greetings all,<br>
One of the topics discussed in the meetings I attended at
round table this weekend was the kingdom travel fund. It
seems that the travel fund is only $2000 here in Ansteorra
where it is $4500 in many other kingdoms. As you can
imagine, $2000 doesn't go very far for crowns who have to
travel to Pennsic and Gulf Wars in addition to all the
other events they must attend. Therefore, the crown needs
our help to raise travel money. In answer to this call, I
am asking everyone to bring an SCA related item to put in
a silent action at our February pop meeting. We will hold
the auction after the meeting. All proceeds from the
auction will go to the kingdom travel fund. This is a
great opportunity to get rid of some SCA items you no
longer use and pick up some new items. I hope to see
everyone there.<br>

items that members might like to donate to the cause. We
would like to keep it to cheap finger foods the more we
can get people to donate the less we have to spend from
our budget. Suggested items would be a loaf of bread, a
package of lunch meat, a bag of carrots, pickles, a bag of
oranges, sweet rolls, hard boiled eggs, etc. Thanks for
